Recuerda is a puppet and actor show that tells about life, memory and passion for the puppeteer job.

The 40-year career of Juan Muñoz will share with the public his most precious moments in this intimate show located in the elusive territory of memory: that non-place where reality and fiction mix, where present and memories intertwine to build a moving and engaging story.

A space full of suitcases from which emerge puppets, stories and memories of a life as a puppeteer, intimate and precious.

LA TARTANA directed and founded by Juan Muñoz, it made its first show in 1977, from that moment it has conquered not only the Spanish streets and squares but those of all Europe carrying out an idea of ​​experimentation in the use of different types of puppets, different materials , dimensions and plays of light. Since 1996 it has also focused on the creation of shows for children, where experience, technique and quality are mixed with a pedagogical and educational approach. La Tartana has shown that it does not just want to tell a story, but to recreate a world. Through his careful aesthetics, both of the sets and of the puppets, he manages to introduce spectators to fabulous settings.
