What happens when we introduce Greek mythology to children? What goes through their minds when they hear about Prometheus, the Amazons, Heracles, Demeter, Zeus or Hippolyta for the first time?
Here, the myth says that Prometheus is punished by Zeus for giving fire to humans, thus freeing them from their animal nature, and for this he will be punished for eternity. So is Prometheus a saboteur who deserves his punishment, or someone who puts himself in danger to rebel against despotic powers that pursue the collective good? Should rules always be followed? But what if a rule is unfair? Is it necessary to punish someone who breaks a rule? What happens if we break a rule for a just cause? Who are the Prometheuses of our time? These are the questions that the show poses and to which the young people will try to give their own personal and sincere answers.

The show is intended solely for girls and boys aged 6 to 12.
While waiting, accompanying adults will be invited to participate in a guided meeting, free of charge, to discuss the themes of myth and theatre, exploring exploring the young participants’  independent experience in an informal and participatory format, even without seeing the show. The meeting is curated by Beatrice Baruffini.
