What do theatre, contemporary art, performance and cinema have in common? In this case, the pleasure of eroticism, seduction and provocation. A multifaceted evening that starts by showing bodies and erotic fantasies but also sparks reflection on power, technology and gender.

Renewing Gustave Courbet’s famous painting (L’Origine du monde, 1866) in a post-human key, the work invites us to overturn the traditional voyeuristic gaze and restore power to the performer, who moves from being an object of vision to an active subject. The female body is placed at the centre of a network of data and power, challenging surveillance and redefining bodily identity. The performance is part of the contemporary debate on biopolitics, technology and gender.

An intimate comedy for three spectators at a time, peeking on their knees inside a confessional, into the erotic fantasies and contradictions of sin.

The performance, for 3 spectators at a time, will run continuously from 8:30 p.m., every 10 minutes. Reservation is recommended.

ANTRO EVENING, at the cost of €5, gives you the chance to attend the performance/exhibit, peek at the short films, enjoy a drink with company, and experience the show. Attention: to access Antro – which is a private club – you will need to get an online membership card for €5.
