My stronger motivation is to work with Agnes Limbos together with a group of highly motivated artists; researching the imaginary world we develop once working with objects.
Personally, I'm passionate about the stories opened up when working with everyday objects; I find substantial meaning (even and specially in nonsense) out of the simplest acts or relations with them. That is one of my artistic interests once working with objects, the entity they manifest and how they expose actor's vulnerability. When the language is built on these two pillars, I believe there is a significant empathy with to the audience.

Here in Italy it's hard to meet an artist who works in the field of figures theatre for an adult audience and who doesn't seem to be under the pressure of a commercial result. Here we are : to me the most interesting aspect of Limbo's work is her freedom. I am deeply interested on her work, that seems to me to be a poetic and politc work that doesn't lean towards aestheticism at all.It 's a simple but very subtle work. She can work with more and more simple elements and still she is able to give voice to what she wants to tell.
My vocational training has been a little unusual because I started as an actress and later on I went to the theatral writing: I wrote a few things for the theatre of figure but I feel the this field have a bigger potential for me, in regard to the writing too.

I deal with puppet and object theatre for quite a long time (see my portfolio). This project I find as a great opportunity to share experiences with people from different contexts and to learn from cooperating with them. I also like the work of Agnes Limbos and I am interested in meeting with her in this project. So these are the main reasons why I was attracted by your call.

After reading annotation in your call I feel that there is quite concrete idea of the workshop, but that there is still enough space for participants to be creative and inventive. So I believe that it will be well-spent time.

I would like to attend the Pip 2016 directed by Agnes Limbos because object theater and its contamination with the presence of the actor are the main fields of my personal artistic research.
I am fascinated by the manipulation of everyday objects and by the powerful communication they can have on stage thanks to the attention and the energy gave by the actor/puppetter.

I am interested in object theater since almost 10 years now, both as a spectator and as a researcher "on the field". From this intense workshop I am expecting to discover and learn a new way to work on stage with objects, experimenting a new relation between stage, object and actor.
